Samples and services
Three things that are not furniture but do make the difference: a sample kit so you see the colours for real, a measuring service so the dimensions are right, and spare hardware sets for when something rolls away. You get the first two back as soon as you order.

Seven 10 × 10 cm front samples in the post. You get the money back.
A screen lies about colour. You only see the difference between matt lacquer and real veneer when you hold them side by side, and dark green on a phone is something else entirely in a van with one window. So we post seven 10 × 10 cm samples, cut from the same batch we build from. Order afterwards and the € 7.50 comes off again — so in the end it costs you nothing.

We measure your van
We come by, measure everything and put it into your configuration. Deducted from your order.
Measuring is the only part of this whole process where something can genuinely go wrong, and it is exactly the part most people are unsure about. We come by with a measuring jig, survey the load space to the millimetre, check the wheel arches and body pillars, and put the dimensions into a configuration you can then adjust yourself. Order within three months and the full amount comes off your order.

Spare hardware set
Corner connectors, bolts and T-nuts. For when one rolls away.
One lost corner connector should not become an email, let alone a stalled build. This set holds ten corner connectors, twenty M5 bolts with T-nuts and four panel clips — enough to cover any mishap. Within the first year we send the first set free; just ask.
