Privacy statement

For an order: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, your van model and the contents of your order. We need these to perform the agreement and to check that your order fits your van.

For a message through the contact form: your name, email address and the content of your message.

For use of the configurator: the van model, dimensions and sets you chose. We store this without your name or email address, unless you leave your address to receive your configuration.

Order data: performance of the contract, and for invoices also a statutory retention obligation.

Contact messages: legitimate interest in being able to answer your question.

Configuration data without an email address: legitimate interest in knowing which vans our visitors drive and where our fit matrix falls short. This data is not traceable to a person.

Your email address for sending your configuration: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Invoices and order data: seven years, as required by the Dutch tax authority.

Contact messages: two years after the last reply.

Configurations without an email address: two years.

Email addresses for sent configurations: until you unsubscribe, and at most three years without activity.

We share data only with parties needed to fulfil your order: the carrier for delivery, the payment provider for payment, and our bookkeeper for the accounts. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising profiles.

We use no tracking or advertising cookies. Your cart is stored in your own browser's storage and does not leave your device until you place an order.

For visitor statistics we use a privacy-friendly, self-hosted solution without cookies and without identifiable data.

You can access, correct, delete or transfer your data. Send your request to hallo@vanquarters.nl; we respond within a month. If you disagree with how we handle your data you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
