Terms and conditions

These terms apply to every order placed with Fleetfusion, handelend onder de naam Vanquarters, Avennelaan 6, 5711 BC Someren — info@vanquarters.com. Chamber of Commerce 78068347, VAT NL003280803B34.

Draft text. These terms cover the required topics but have not yet been checked by a lawyer. Have them reviewed before the shop opens.

1. What we supply

We supply furniture sets for van conversions: an aluminium frame, birch plywood, fronts in your chosen colour, hardware and assembly instructions. Unless expressly stated we do NOT supply electrical systems, plumbing, gas installations, insulation, wall lining, flooring, pop-top roofs or roof windows.

Dimensions in our documentation are nominal. On woodwork we work to a production tolerance of ± 2 mm per part.

2. Fitting your van

The load dimensions in our van database come from manufacturers' data and are indicative. Manufacturers measure differently; deviations of 30 to 50 mm occur. You are responsible for measuring your own load space before ordering.

Where the configurator warns that a set or bundle is a tight fit, confirming your own measurement is a condition of the order. If you order without measuring and it does not fit, that is not a product defect and falls under the ordinary right of withdrawal.

3. Prices and payment

All prices shown are in euros and include VAT. The rate depends on the country of delivery: 21% for the Netherlands and Belgium, 19% for Germany. The price you see is the price you pay — only the VAT breakdown on the invoice differs. Shipping costs are shown separately before you place the order.

Payment is in advance. We start cutting only after payment has been received and, where applicable, after you have confirmed your measurements.

4. Delivery

We cut to size on order and hold no pre-cut stock. The usual lead time is 5 working days after payment. If that differs we tell you within two working days of your order.

Risk passes when you or a person you designate takes receipt of the shipment. Check the packaging on delivery and report visible transport damage within two working days.

5. Withdrawal and returns

You may cancel this purchase within 30 days of receipt, without giving a reason. The statutory period is fourteen days; we give you 30. It starts the day after you, or someone you nominated, took delivery of the last shipment.

Tell us by email at info@vanquarters.com or with the model form on our returns page. An unambiguous statement is enough — the form is not compulsory.

You may unpack everything, look at it and try it in place, just as you would in a shop. Going further than that — assembling, drilling, sawing, shortening — is allowed, but you are then liable for the resulting loss of value, which we deduct from the refund. For an irreversible change, such as a shortened profile or a drilled front, that loss can be the full value of that part.

Send the items back within fourteen days of telling us. The direct cost of return shipping is yours; on a pallet those are real costs, and we will give you an estimate beforehand on request.

We refund within fourteen days of receiving your notice, by the same means of payment you used, including the outbound delivery cost at our cheapest standard rate. We may withhold the refund until we have the goods back or until you show you have sent them, whichever comes first.

This right always applies to our furniture sets. They come from a fixed range in fixed sizes and fixed colours, so they are not made to your specifications — not even because we cut them only after your order. We deliberately do not invoke that exception.

Two things fall outside it, and you see both before checkout. A construction drawing is a digital product: if you ask for immediate delivery and declare that you waive your right of withdrawal, it lapses once delivery begins. And if you order a set in a size you specify yourself that is not in our range, that is made to specification in the legal sense; we ask you to confirm that separately.

6. Warranty

We give a 5-year warranty on construction and material defects under normal use in a camper.

Not covered: damage from incorrect assembly, damage from overloading, water or mould damage from insufficient ventilation in the van, and normal wear of hinges, runners and upholstery.

7. Use and safety

Our benches are NOT seats for use while driving. They are not crash-tested and take no seatbelt. Travelling seated is permitted only in the seats supplied and approved by the vehicle manufacturer.

The weight of the interior plus payload must not exceed your vehicle's permitted gross weight. The weight calculation in the configurator is an aid; responsibility for your vehicle's weight remains yours.

If you substantially alter your vehicle's interior, check yourself whether you must notify your national vehicle authority or your insurer.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the order concerned, except in cases of intent or gross negligence and except where mandatory law provides otherwise. We are not liable for consequential loss, including missed holidays or third-party costs.

9. Complaints and disputes

If you have a complaint, email it to info@vanquarters.com. We respond substantively within five working days.

Dutch law applies to this agreement. If we cannot resolve matters together, you may put the dispute to the competent Dutch court. If you live in another EU country, you may also go to the court where you live.

We are not affiliated with a recognised dispute committee. The European ODR platform, which webshops used to be required to link to, was shut down on 20 July 2025. For help with a cross-border complaint, contact the European Consumer Centre in your country.
