Vanquarters

For converters

We cut the carcass. You do the part your margin is in.

If you convert ten to thirty vans a year, you draw and cut the same things every time. That is the part of your work no customer pays you for. We supply the furniture to size, with a parts list and an assembly order, in the dimensions of the van on your lift — you do electrics, plumbing, insulation and the finish, which is exactly where your hourly rate does count.

01

To size, not from stock

We cut to order on the load dimensions you give us. No standard cupboard that just misses the wheel arch.

02

With the sums included

Every delivery comes with the parts list, the weight and the spans calculated. You can show it to your customer.

03

One grid, for years

Everything comes from the same 20 cm grid. What you order now still fits beside what you order in three years.

What you pay

The discount depends on what you take in a year, not on what you order at once — so you do not have to buy ahead for it to be worth anything. At the end of the year we add it up; if you reached a tier it applies the following year. What we can give away is exactly what you save us: no advertising, no advice up front, hardly any returns and one shipment instead of ten.

What you do

  • Measuring the van and settling the layout with your customer
  • Insulation, wall lining and flooring
  • Electrics, plumbing, gas and heating
  • Assembly and bolting into the body
  • Finishing, cushions and handover to your customer

What we do

  • Aluminium profile cut to length and deburred
  • Panels and fronts to size, edge-banded
  • Hardware, connectors and fixings counted per piece
  • Parts list, assembly order and the calculated spans
  • Delivery on a single pallet, on the day that suits you

Before you call

We are new. You are not buying from a factory with a track record, and you should weigh that: ask for one set as a trial before you plan twenty.

Our benches are not crash-tested and take no seatbelt. If you are building in rear travel seats you need a tested system, and we do not supply one.

We do not supply electrics, plumbing, gas or insulation, and we are not going to. That is your work and your margin; we do not want to be a supplier that competes with its own customers.

A phone call beats a quotation

Tell us what you build and how many, and we will calculate it on your dimensions. We have 10 layouts fully costed; there is a good chance one of them fits your van.
