This van is 1.685 mm wide, which is 215 mm short of sleeping across it if you are 1.80 m. That is the single most important thing to know about this model: a transverse bed physically fits, but you will not lie stretched out. For a fixed bed here you want the slide-out or the lengthwise bed — those sleep along the van and reach 2.050 mm whatever the width.

Of the ten layouts we have costed, 5 fit this model with room to spare. The fullest is the Transverse bed with a seat: it leaves 685 mm of aisle and weighs 152 kg, leaving you 698 kg of payload for water, batteries, bikes and yourself.

At 1.391 mm of load height you cannot stand up in here. That need not be a problem — all our furniture stays below 900 mm and you cook seated or from the sliding door — but if you want to stand inside you need a pop-top, and we do not supply those.

Between the wheel arches it is 1.270 mm. That number matters more than the load width, because everything that runs along the floor — a bed, a bench, a run of cupboards — has to pass it or clear it. That is why our frames stand on adjustable feet and not on a continuous plinth.

What to watch out for

  • Too narrow to sleep across: 215 mm short
  • No standing height: 1.391 mm
  • Dimensions from the manufacturer, not measured by us

These dimensions come from the manufacturer and have not been measured by us yet. Manufacturers measure differently; expect a deviation of 30 to 50 mm and measure your own van before ordering.
